Android + Cloud Computing Bootcamp

Peepaal has started this semester with a bang..!! :)

The first step was the Boot camp held in Wadia College yesterday.. It started with a session on Mobile Computing and Android by Nikhil Sir. It was great to look at the entire concept from a developer's point of view... Getting an introduction on Android (especially for novice developers) in such simple terms is a great motivation for all of us to start thinking out of the box..!!

This was followed by a session on Cloud Computing by our seniors Jagannath and Purnima. Even though it was an introductory session, the points they touched upon were superb, giving all of us a clear idea of what "Cloud" actually is, atleast at the basic level.. The session was disciplined as well as fun..

It was especially great to see the participation of so many people from various colleges. The Idea Camp to be held next Saturday will hopefully see everyone come up with different ideas and like Nikhil Sir said -the wackier the better!!
