Does marks on paper should matter(theory) if we are very good in a particular field?
My interest is in Java,Data Ware housing,BI,oops. Will Like to combine my current fields with cloud computing.

Great introduction and you have a raised a very valid point on how Industry evaluates students joining in as entry level professionals. I think that requires a very serious discussion .. why dont you create a separate discussion thread on what you think the current process is and any thoughts you had on it.
My thoughts exactly. I had composed a loooong reply and then saved it on my desktop for a different discussion. Welcome to Peepaal Vinay. I'm actually glad you asked the question, and brought it out. It takes a lot to do that. Start a thread for any questions/comments you have about literally anything.

Welcome to Peepaal.
Asking the right questions is a great art and skill. You may not always have the right answers but you can always think hard and frame the right question. And you have asked a very RIGHT question. I wish the recruiters in all IT firms in India should ask themselves this very same question.
Waiting for a very healthy discussion on this.
I like it
